Purchase Conditions
- All purchases are final and cannot be canceled, refunded or transferred to another person, unless otherwise stated.
- Tickets or season tickets are only valid during published operating hours.
- All tickets are subject to the restrictions indicated in the product description or in the collection instructions.
- If a ticket or season ticket is lost or stolen, it will be replaced once on presentation of the purchase receipt. A processing fee of CHF 40 will be charged for issuing the replacement card.
- As soon as you make a purchase, your credit card will be debited for the amount displayed, whether or not you use the ticket(s) purchased.
- Misused or counterfeit tickets and season tickets will be confiscated. The same applies to tickets used for a purpose other than that specified. The user must pay compensation of CHF 200.00 + the ski day. We reserve the right to take action under civil or criminal law.
- We do not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, the opening of the ski area or the number of ski lifts open.
- No refunds will be given in the event of illness or accident. If operations are suspended in whole or in part due to bad weather or force majeure (e.g. avalanche danger), the customer is not entitled to any refund.
Alpes Vaudoises, société coopérative acts as an intermediary for these services. The customer concludes the contract directly with the service provider. See the General Terms and Conditions of Alpes Vaudoises, société coopérative.
